Mission & Aims

 

 

The aims of the Mission are set out in our Trust Deed dating from 1910 and these are to worship God, preach the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to instruct children and adults. These aims are still as relevant today as they were then and have underpinned the purpose of the church for over 100 years.

 

We proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the need for a personal conversion experience and an ongoing relationship with Jesus Christ. We also take the Bible as the authoritative and infallible word of God and believe we should rely on it for our own instruction and have a willingness to share the message of salvation in Jesus Christ with other people.
